What documents are required to participate in the tender
The list of documents required to participate in the tender, both from the Customer’s side and the Participant’s side, is individual and depends on each specific case.
How much does it cost to participate in the tender
The amount of payment depends on the total amount of the tender:
up to 20,000 UAH – 17 UAH;
• 20,000.01 — 50,000 UAH – 119 UAH;
• 50,000.01 — 200,000 UAH – 340 UAH;
• 200,000.01 — 1,000,000 UAH – 510 UAH;
• 1,000,000.01 — 4,000,000 UAH – 1700 UAH;
• over 4,000,000.01 UAH – 3400 UAH.
What is a performance guarantee?
A performance guarantee is a contract for the customer that ensures that the supplier will fulfill its obligations and not refuse to sign or perform the contract.
What is an electronic digital signature/qualified electronic signature (EDS/QES)?
This signature is used by legal and natural persons as an equivalent to a handwritten signature, which gives electronic documents legal force. It can be obtained at Accredited Centers.
